Teaching Assistants Needed | Flintshire
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to join friendly, high-achieving schools in Flint. We offer both day to day and long term roles.
Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Flintshire and surrounding areas of Wales.
In this role, you aren't just a helper-you're a mentor. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure every child in the classroom has the support they need to succeed, whether they need a little extra help with a task or a boost in confidence.
Key Duties:
- Empowering Pupils: Leading small group sessions or providing 1:1 support.
- Classroom Creativity: Helping set up engaging activities and supporting lesson flow.
- Inclusive Support: Assisting children with diverse learning needs to thrive.
- Building Relationships: Creating a safe, welcoming space for students to learn.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Resilience, patience, and a genuine desire to help children grow.
