Skills Needed:

Your Daily Duties:

• Acting as a positive role model for students aged 11-16, helping them build confidence and resilience.
• Observing student performance and providing vital feedback to the teaching staff.
• Working closely with students to manage classroom behaviour and keep them focused on their goals.
