The Role:
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the classroom teacher and helping pupils to achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the class teacher to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.
Delivering targeted support to students individually or in small groups to boost their understanding.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive atmosphere for learning.
Assisting in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and activities.
What You Will Need:
A background in working with primary school-aged children is essential.
A calm, positive, and resilient personality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with children and staff.
Formal TA qualifications (Level 2/3) are advantageous but not a necessity.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
