Located in a specialist, redeveloped facility, this co-educational provision offers a neuro-affirming environment for up to 60 children and young people. The school is specifically designed to support those who have found mainstream education a barrier to their progress, offering a calm, nurturing space that utilises the nearby Dartmoor and coastal landscapes for outdoor learning.

Desired skills and qualities:
- Previous experience as TA in the UK school.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Strong communication skills and behaviour management
- Ability to interact and engage with children
Key Responsibilities as TA:
- Foster and maintain positive classroom environment
- Assist with setting up activities, distributing resources, and organising classroom materials.
- Work one to one with children or in small groups and help them overcome difficulties.
- Monitor children's attendance, progress and prepare reports
- Communicate with teachers and parents regarding the child's performance and development.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
