Your Role
- Classroom Support: Assist the teacher with daily lesson delivery.
- Small Groups: Lead interventions for literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
- Engagement: Keep pupils on track and manage classroom behaviour.
- Resource Prep: Help set up and clear down engaging learning activities.
What We Need From You
- Experience: Previous work with Primary-aged children.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude for different school environments.
- Communication: Ability to build quick rapport with staff and pupils.
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).
