- Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (with performance-based pay review opportunities)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Various stable shifts available)
- Schedule Options:
- Full-Time Rotational: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Full-Time Fixed: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time options are also available.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of life-changing medical products:
- Precision Order Picking: Accurately select and prepare orders using a hand held scanning device within our clean, ambient warehouse facility.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Execute meticulous organisation of stock and update inventory records to ensure efficient and accurate stock management.
- Accurate Documentation: Diligently complete all necessary physical paperwork and update system records to maintain full trace ability and compliance.
- Operational Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest practical ways to improve warehouse operations, logistics, and flow.
- Responsive Support: Handle urgent requests promptly, acting as a reliable support link between the warehouse and other internal departments.
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse Experience: Must have previous professional experience working in a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
- Basic Competencies: A solid grasp of basic Maths and English for accurate counting and record-keeping.
- Reliability & Transportation: Due to the location and the early start time for one of the shifts, you must have your own reliable transportation or live within a maximum 45-minute walk of the site (as public transport is not available for the 6:00 AM start).
