We Are Looking For
We need committed, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who meet the following essentials:
- Proven Experience: Must have previous professional experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Core Skills: A solid grasp of basic Maths and English for inventory and documentation.
- Reliability for Early Starts: Essential to have your own reliable transportation or live within a 45-minute walking distance of the site. Public transport is not an option for the 6:00 AM start.
- Availability: Must be available to start asap!
Your Mission: Precision & Process
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the accurate and timely flow of critical medical products. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Precision Picking: Utilise handheld scanning devices for accurate, high-volume order selection within our clean, ambient facility.
- Inventory Control: Meticulously organise and maintain stock integrity, ensuring all inventory records are precise and up-to-date.
- Essential Documentation: Diligently complete all required system updates and paperwork for full traceability.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and flow.
- Responsive Support: Provide prompt and professional support by handling urgent material calls and requests from internal departments.
