Salary: £13.00 per hour + Career Progression
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 6am-2pm & 10am-6pm, rotates weekly

The Critical Role: Precision & Process Excellence
As a core member of our Operations Team, you are the guardian of our inventory. Your dedication to detail ensures the seamless flow of critical supplies in a clean, ambient environment.
- Precision Order Picking: Utilise handheld scanning technology for accurate, high-volume selection of medical products.
- Inventory Integrity: Meticulously organise and maintain stock, ensuring 100% accuracy in all inventory records and locations.
- Essential Documentation: Diligently complete all required system updates and paperwork to ensure full product traceability (a non-negotiable in healthcare).
- Operational Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and flow within the warehouse.
- Internal Support: Provide responsive and professional support, handling urgent material calls and requests from internal departments.
What You Bring: The Essentials
We are looking for committed, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals ready to make a long-term commitment.
- Proven Warehouse Experience: You must have previous professional experience working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment.
- Core Literacy & Numeracy: A solid grasp of basic Maths and English is essential for inventory control and documentation.
- Reliable Transportation: Crucial Requirement: Due to the 6:00 AM early shift start, you must have your own reliable transportation or reside within a 45-minute walking distance of the Sittingbourne site. Public transport is not a viable option for this shift.
