Salary: £13.00 per hour + Clear Progression Path
Shifts: Weekly rotation (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00)
The Mission: Move beyond standard logistics. In Sittingbourne, we manage the vital supply chain for products that save lives. We are looking for disciplined Warehouse Technicians who take pride in their work and understand that behind every order is a patient in need.
The Role: You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, taking full responsibility for inventory accuracy and stock integrity. This isn't a standard warehouse role; this is a high-volume, high-accuracy role where your focus ensures the right product reaches the right person at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Picking: Using handheld scanners to select medical products with 100% accuracy.
- Stock Integrity: Organising inventory and maintaining flawless records for full traceability.
- Documentation: Completing essential system updates-accuracy here is non-negotiable.
- Collaboration: Supporting internal departments with urgent material calls and process improvements.
What You'll Need:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics hub.
- Technical Basics: Strong literacy and numeracy skills for inventory control.
- Reliability: A track record of being dependable and punctual.
- Transport (Critical): You must have your own reliable transport or live within a 45-minute walk of the site to meet the 6:00 AM start time.
