our human touch.

Our talent acquisition team loves receiving applications and CVs and helping people start their Randstad career journey. Many have worked with us for years, with some starting out as a trainee recruitment consultant themselves. Some were graduates who were new to recruitment whilst others experienced sales professionals were looking for a more rewarding career - both in terms of pay and fulfilment.

our talent team.
