We listened to feedback from our employees and we’ve created two of our very own RISE apprenticeship schemes, resulting in an official accreditation for those who pass. In fact, we’re one of the first recruiters in the UK officially recognised to deliver the recruitment consultant apprenticeship standard. It offers best-in-class-training during an 18-month course to propel career development, fulfilment and progression. Our apprenticeships provide a valuable opportunity to study your chosen career specialism, whilst also gaining real-life work experience. It’s made even more meaningful knowing you’ll add a valuable qualification to your CV that will last a career lifetime too.
