The happiest carers in the UK are in South East England.

On average, carers from this region work a 37 hour week and describe their mental health as 'excellent'.

The overriding factor that leads to this fulfilment is 'support from employers' in terms of salary, mental health and working conditions. The least happy carers in the UK do not feel supported on these three elements.
