1. How do I enter?
This prize draw is a competition available for participation by clicking this online form and referring a school which is looking for a Spanish language or MFL teacher, or a science or maths teacher to Randstad. The school must be looking for an overseas teacher from one of the countries we recruit from (Spain, Canada, America, Australia and New Zealand), and must have a legitimate vacancy.
By referring a school, you are entering the prize draw and you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The number of schools you refer to us corresponds to the number of times you will be entered into the prize draw - ie if you refer four schools, you will be entered four times.
It is a condition of entry and eligibility for the Prize that the Winner takes part in publicity.
There is no cost to register or enter the Competition. The competition is promoted by Randstad UK Holding Limited ("Randstad"), 450 Capability Green, Luton, Beds, LU1 3LU trading as Randstad.
2. When can I enter?
The Competition starts on 22nd October 2018 and finishes at 11:59 pm on 31st March 2019. The form may be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for the Prize (as defined below).
3. Who is eligible?
The prize draw is open to all individuals within the UK that have filled in the above linked form.
4. What is the Prize?
The Prize consists of a £100 Love2Shop gift card. We are unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are damaged, incomplete, corrupted, or not received by Randstad.
In the event that any Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Randstad, a reasonable alternative will be provided.
5. How will I know if I have won?
The individual that wins (“Winner”) will be selected by an independently verified computer system. There will be one Winner.
The Winner will be notified by email to the address provided in the survey. When contacting Randstad, the Winner must confirm that they meet all of the eligibility requirements for the Prize to which they are entitled. If the Winner fails to respond to the email within 72 hours, the Winner will forfeit their Prize and Randstad will award the Prize to another participant that has been selected using the independently verified computer system.
6. How will we use your data?
The name and location of the Winner will be available from Randstad 60 days after the closing date.
Randstad will share the personal data that you provide to us in the course of entering the Competition for the purposes of administration, sales and marketing.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties however it will be shared with third parties or companies within the same Group as Randstad for the purposes mentioned above.

7. Governing law and Jurisdiction
The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
