Support the development, implementation and improvement of ADC Quality Systems for the Complaints Department to ensure effective and compliant processes and procedures which meet the needs of ADC and its customers.

To ensure manufacturing environments - including cleanrooms; meet all regulatory requirements under the ISO standard. Analyse sensor manufacturing performance data by entering data into the computer, or performing manual calculations.

To carry out the various warehouse activities to appropriate regulatory standards, ensuring production/customer demands are met for Abbott Nutrition products and ancillaries.

To carry out the Medical Devices activities, in line with compliance and commercial requirements as defined by the current objectives and deliverables for the Abbott Nutrition International Medical Devices Service Centre. Servicing of pumps at or above the required throughput level with rework at or below the required level.

Hospital2Home's (H2H) role is to support the patients feeding once they have left the hospital and returned home. This can be a challenging time for patients and our aim at H2H is to ensure that all of our patients are fully supported. Liaising with healthcare professional and GP's to ensure they have the feeding products they need and contacting patients monthly to check their stocks and arrange deliveries.

Support the commercial team by managing the end-to-end administration of public and private sector tenders and contracts. Ensure all documentation is accurate, fully compliant with regulatory frameworks, and aligned with commercial objectives to secure and maintain key business agreements.

To execute the precise assembly and packaging of medical components or medical devices within regulated manufacturing environments. Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency while meeting daily production demands.

To provide high-quality administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient document control. Manage data entry, coordinate schedules, and handle correspondence in line with company policies and compliance standards to support overall team productivity.

Support the development and testing of innovative medical products by conducting precise laboratory experiments and maintaining equipment. Ensure all data is accurately recorded and that laboratory practices consistently comply with internal quality protocols and health and safety regulations.

To provide technical expertise and scientific support for ongoing manufacturing processes and product transfers. Analyse technical data, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and implement process improvements to ensure product quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Lead and coordinate activities that support the commercial and sales teams in driving business growth. Manage key commercial data, streamline customer-facing processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration to optimise customer service delivery and commercial outcomes.

To monitor and audit manufacturing, laboratory, or operational processes to ensure strict compliance with internal quality systems and global regulatory standards. Identify deviations, support root-cause investigations, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals to ensure they achieve optimal value from Abbott products and services. Proactively address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance for complex medical devices and diagnostic equipment within clinical and hospital environments. Deliver technical troubleshooting and support healthcare professionals to ensure product reliability and optimal patient care.

To accurately and efficiently process customer orders from receipt through to shipment preparation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and supply chain guidelines. Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to resolve order discrepancies and guarantee timely delivery to customers.

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent for Abbott business units. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resource needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a compliant, positive, and efficient hiring experience.
