The world’s largest recruitment and HR services company, Randstad, has appointed Laura Todd in the newly created role of Director of Inclusion & Well-being. Joining the business in November, Todd has responsibility across Randstad UK and Randstad Sourceright EMEA.
Laura has extensive expertise in her field, most recently holding the position of Global Inclusion & Wellbeing Programme Director for Capita where she was responsible for developing and implementing their Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy across 9 countries.
