contacting randstad
Once a student receives their DSA letter with Randstad listed as their support provider, they can easily get in touch with us to begin the process:
- Email: studentsupport@randstad.co.uk
- Phone: 0161 247 8800
We will guide students through every step to ensure they receive the right support.
-
information request.
To set up the student in our system, we will request some basic details. This helps us connect them with the appropriate regional team and ensures we have all the necessary information to arrange the support tailored to the student’s needs.
-
requesting availability for support.
After the initial setup, students will receive an email from our team asking them to complete a form. This form collects essential details such as their availability for sessions and specific support requirements. This helps us customise the support plan to fit the student’s schedule and needs.
-
matching the student with a support worker.
Once we’ve received the completed form, we will match the student with the most suitable support worker. If additional information is needed to ensure the right match, we will reach out to the student via email or phone, depending on their preference.
-
booking confirmation.
After the match is made, the student will receive a booking confirmation email that includes the name of their support worker and session details. This ensures that the student is fully aware of their upcoming support sessions.
-
confirming the session.
The booking confirmation will also send the student’s contact details to the support worker. The support worker will then reach out directly to confirm the session and gather any further details needed before the session begins.
-
approving the timesheet for the session.
After the session has taken place, the support worker will submit a timesheet for the student to approve. The student will receive an email containing a secure link to review the timesheet, where they can either approve or reject it.
