what roles do randstad provide?
We provide tutoring and mentoring roles in core subjects and functional skills, from years 1 - 11.

how much work is available and what hours can I work?
You will be able to choose the hours you wish to work. There is a healthy balance of hours available during and after school hours, as well as weekends and occasional school holidays. Each child is different, and their requirement can vary between 1 hour per week to 15 hours per week.

what are the pay rates?
Pay rates can vary depending whether the tuition is delivered online or face to face. Please contact our team for more information.

what support do I receive for lessons?
The confirmation email contains information in relation to the child, e.g. behaviour concerns, background, actions to avoid and general advice. We also provide learning objectives and information on any specific needs. We also share other relevant documents such as EHCPs where possible.
Our online assessment tool allows you to run baseline and ongoing assessments to track pupil progress; this also gives you acces to hudreds of high quality teaching and learning resources.

do you offer flexible working?
There are a variety of vacancies available: face to face, online or hybrid. When a session is advertised, you will be presented with all the information required for you to make an informed decision e.g. type of booking, address, group ratio, subject and availability.

We provide ongoing support, such as our recent SEND webinar series in conjunction with NASEN. We keep tutors informed of ongoing training and CPD opportunities.
