I have only been with Randstad since May 2015 and in that time I have received an excellent service. I have experience with another agency which was not as good and would not let you know what opportunities there was available. I would recommend Randstad to other social workers in my field.
My experience with Sarah Leigh has been nothing but positive. If I ring and she is not available, she will always ring me back. She is honest and always gives me sound advice. She is very aware of my experiences and will often contact me if a contract comes through that she thinks my skillset will fit. She will always take time out to explain things clearly and is open to listening to my point of view.
She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of expertise and I remain confident with her as my consultant. What I find invaluable in Sarah is that if I want to put myself forward for a role that has been advertised and she does not think that I match what they are looking for, she will tell me and we will have that two-way discussion rather than just put my CV forward.
