Assist with classroom routines while fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment
Provide behavioural and emotional support as needed
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective learning strategies
Monitor and report on the child's progress to staff and parents
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children, ideally in a 1:1 or special educational needs (SEN) setting
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for education
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of pupils
