We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking, well-regarded specialist school. This is a full-time position supporting pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs (SEN) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on 1:1 support.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience: 6-12 months in a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
✔ Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are beneficial
✔ Right to Work: You must be eligible to work in the UK

Your Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1, small group, and classroom support to pupils in KS1 and KS2
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parents' evenings as part of your role
