The Role

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a patient, empathetic, and committed professional with:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs, particularly autism and ADHD

• Prior experience in a 1:1 support role (highly desirable)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A calm and positive approach to behaviour management

Desirable Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in education or childcare is preferred, though not essential

• Experience is more important than formal qualifications
