- Provide 2:1 support to a young male with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Support the young person's educational and community integration goals.
- Accompany the young person on outings and activities within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on the young person's progress.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the young person.
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have a minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- You possess a valid Right to Work in the UK.
- You have an Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service.
- You're a confident and compassionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You're a team player who is comfortable working independently.
- You're a car driver with a clean driving license.
- £15.35 per hour (PAYE rolled up)
- Minimum 20 hours per week
