The Role: Account Administrator/Coordinator
Location: Peterborough (Onsite with our client)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract: Temp contract (initially)
What you will be doing:
- Providing dedicated administrative support to our team, client and temporary workers onsite
- Building solid customer and employee relations across the site
- Maintaining a high level of communication to optimise service level.
- Assisting with a variety of employment and administrative related issues
- Using various software packages including Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Google Mail, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Updating personnel records and spreadsheets
- Handling in-house office systems, calls, and directing queries
- Managing absence reporting
- Audit and compliant checks
- Involvement in new talent recruitment, including screening and interviewing
- Supporting Account Specialists, handling worker queries via portals and mailboxes
- Administrative tasks related to payroll and weekly uniform/PPE orders
What you will bring:
- Experience in administrative duties, ideally within an industrial sector
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills are essential
- Recruitment agency and payroll experience is desirable
