Role - Administrator
Pay - £12.60 per hour
Location- Holcim UK, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1TL
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 6am - 10am (20hrs) with potential overtime
Duration- 6 months potentially ongoing
Start date - Jan
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming drivers into the hub
- Preparing paperwork and videos for drivers induction
- Collaborating data into IT systems
- General administration duties, emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
- Any other tasks required by line manager
Experience needed:
- Prior experience in an office based administrative role
- Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
- Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
