What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive art lessons that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Inspire students to explore a variety of artistic techniques, materials, and cultural influences in a safe and supportive environment.
• Help students develop both their practical skills and confidence in self-expression.
• Play an active role in school exhibitions and creative projects that showcase our students' amazing talents.

What We're Looking For

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A valid DBS on the update service.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine love for Art and Design.
• Experience in fostering creativity and encouraging achievement in students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with an empathetic and patient approach.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
