Asbestos Surveyor (Housing Sector) - 2-Year Contract - Outside IR35
We are urgently seeking an experienced, certified Asbestos Surveyor to manage a critical portfolio of projects within the Housing Sector across Northern Ireland on a secure 2-year contract.
The Contract & Key Requirements:
Duration: 24-month contract.
Role: Conduct detailed Asbestos Surveys (Management/Refurbishment) within the Housing Sector.
Location: Projects spanning Belfast, Londonderry, and Lurgan areas.
Travel: Must be prepared for travel up to 90 miles on any given day.
Commercials: Operated strictly as a Sole Trader / Limited Company (Outside IR35).
