We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the SLT of a welcoming primary school based in the Breckland district. The school is currently recruiting for a new Assistant Head to join their vibrant team from September 2025. They are situated in a market town and have over 100 students enrolled, with the view to expand in the future to around 200+.
Their selected candidate must have prior experience in a Leadership position, but will have also preferably had experience with SEMH. This is a non teaching based position, but you will be required to cover PPA if and when required. With a team of fantastic and friendly peers, this school offers an inclusive and stimulating environment for both the children and staff alike. Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous senior leadership experience (i.e. SLT)
- SEMH experience (preferred)
- A dedicated commitment for inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and peers.
- A strong understanding of the current curriculum and behavior management
- Excellent communication, decision-making and organisational skills
