£40,830 (Inclusive of shift allowance), rising to £47,435 upon demonstration of site-specific competencies + quarterly bonus

Shift Patterns:

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve faults in PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems (Siemens S7 / Allen Bradley)
Maintain and calibrate instrumentation, control loops, and variable speed drives
Support system upgrades and commissioning of automation equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards
Work collaboratively with engineers and operators to optimise system performance
Essential requirements:
HNC or higher qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant field
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and fault-finding (Siemens S7 / Allen Bradley)
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, Profibus, and Profinet networks
Desirable requirements:
Driving license and use of a car
Experience with process control systems in heavy industry or manufacturing
