We're looking for an amazing Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated inpatient team at Carleton Clinic in Carlisle. Location: Carleton Clinic, Carlisle
We have an immediate, full-time agency booking for an experienced Band 3 Healthcare Assistant at the Carleton Clinic.
Please note: This is a temporary agency position, not a permanent NHS contract.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on a consistent schedule with a great work-life balance.
The Shift Pattern
This booking is for a fixed 4-on, 4-off rota.
- Work: 4 consecutive long shifts (days or nights).
- Rest: Get 4 full days off!
Your Role
You will be supporting the inpatient team in a mental health/learning disability setting.
- Taking and recording patient observations (physical health).
- Supporting patients with daily living and therapeutic activities.
- Using your de-escalation skills to support patients in distress.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior Band 3 (or equivalent) experience in a relevant setting (mental health/LD).
- Full availability to commit to the 4-on-4-off rota.
- Valid and in-date mandatory training.
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
