Behaviour Mentor

Randstad Education is seeking a highly professional and resilient Behaviour Mentor to provide dedicated support to students in a Sefton school. This full-time, long-term position requires an individual with a proven ability to manage and guide students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with students aged 11-16, both individually and in small groups. The primary focus of this role is to provide consistent behavioural support, helping students to navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Providing consistent behavioural support in both classroom and non-classroom environments.
- Facilitating student's re-engagement with their educational journey.
- Assisting with academic support and curriculum catch-up as required.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of student progress and behavioural patterns.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience within a UK school setting.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check is required, or the applicant must be prepared to apply for one immediately.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability for full-time work (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: A competitive daily rate of £90-£95, based on experience.
