Key Responsibilities:

● Provide one-to-one support to children with behavioural and mental health issues.
● Implement and monitor individual plans in collaboration with the school's multidisciplinary team.
● Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting emotional well-being.
● Utilise effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Previous experience working with children with behavioural and mental health issues is beneficial
● Team Teach training is desirable.
● DBS check is essential (Or willing to obtain one with Randstad)
Skills and Attributes:
● Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
● Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
