Role Overview:
In this position, you'll support secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include providing classroom assistance, offering one-on-one support, and delivering home tuition when necessary. You'll also be tasked with monitoring and reporting on student progress.

Address challenging behaviours calmly and effectively.
Complete progress reports to track student development.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a UK school setting.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (Child and Adult Workforce) or willingness to apply.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational environment.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability Monday to Friday, during standard school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
