The Opportunity:
This position involves supporting secondary students (ages 11-16) who are dealing with social, emotional, or mental health difficulties. You will work with students individually or in small groups, providing support both inside and outside the classroom.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer reliable behavioural support across different learning environments.
- Help students rebuild their self-esteem and reconnect with education.
- Provide academic support to help students catch up.
- Keep detailed records of student development and well-being.
Essential Criteria:
- At least six months of experience within a UK school.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS or the ability to acquire one.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
