The Role:
You will be working with secondary school students (ages 11-16) who are facing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties. Your work could be one-on-one or with small groups, both within and sometimes outside the classroom.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing consistent behavioural support in different settings.
- Helping students build confidence and re-engage with their learning.
- Supporting academic catch-up where required.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in a UK school.
- An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to get one.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
