Role Overview:
Working across secondary schools, you'll provide behavioural and academic support to students with emotional and mental health needs.
You'll offer 1:1 assistance, help manage emotional well-being, and guide students with their academic tasks. Regularly update pupil progress reports.
Main Duties:
- Support SEMH students in the classroom or during home learning
- Deliver one-on-one or small group interventions
- Handle behavioural incidents with care and consistency
- Available for an immediate start
Essential Criteria:
- UK school experience (minimum 6 months)
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Available during school hours, Monday to Friday
