Role Details:
You will be assisting secondary-aged students (11-16) who are experiencing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties. The role involves working one-on-one or with small groups, both within and sometimes outside of the classroom setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent behavioural support in various settings.
- Help students build confidence and engage with their learning again.
- Offer support with academic catch-up as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and well-being.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months experience in a UK school.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to get one).
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
