Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor ready to make a real impact on students' lives? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join a supportive school in Sefton. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September, working with students aged 11-16.About the RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Building strong, trusting relationships with students to provide consistent guidance.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
Helping students develop the skills and resilience they need to succeed academically and personally.
Collaborating with teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive support system.

We're Looking For

A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a UK school setting, specifically with students aged 11-16.
Demonstrated experience in addressing social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport with young people.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
A valid Enhanced DBS check or a willingness to apply for one.
The legal right to work in the UK.
