Requirements:
● Minimum 6 Months Paid Care Work Experience: Proven experience in care roles within the UK.
● Enhanced Children & Adults DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS for both children and adults,with a subscription to the update service.
● Experience in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to thrive in busy settings.
● Experience with Complex Needs: Working with children, young people, and adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour's.
● Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer skills.
● Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and team members.

● Provide compassionate care to children, young people, and adults.
● Support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour's.
● Maintain accurate records and communication with professionals.
