Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards
Plan and allocate resources to meet commercial and operational targets
Champion best practices in Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
Oversee financial and administrative management, including budget planning and reporting
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Work closely with the Project Management team to support seamless project delivery
Monitor branch performance and report key KPIs to senior leadership
Inspire and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Act as the main link between the branch and senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment
Proven experience in a similar leadership or operational management role
A background in engineering is essential - this role suits a former engineer or technical professional looking to lead from the front
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the UK market
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Clear and confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to verify 5 years of employment history
A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is desirable but not essential
