Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the Business and IT curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
- Liaise with parents and guardians to discuss student progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide professional development.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as a form tutor (if required).
- Undertake a share of the responsibility for the extra-curricular life of the school.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
- Keep up-to-date with educational trends and developments in Business and IT.
