Social Worker - Cared for Team, Workington
Location: Cumberland Council, (Flexible hubs Workington, or Whitehaven areas)
Salary: £45 per hour with relocation packages available
Work Style: Hybrid / Flexible working patterns are encouraged and we offer a flexible pattern of 3 days a week in west Cumbria, and 2 days a week at home

The Impact You Will Make
Building Trust: Within your first month, you will begin building meaningful relationships with a small, manageable caseload of families, focusing on stability and safety.
Empowering Families: You will lead planning that prioritises "working with" families rather than "doing to" them.
Systemic Change: You will collaborate with schools, police, and health partners to create a holistic safety net for Cumberland's most vulnerable children.
