We are currently looking for a Caretaker based in or around Hyde

Pay: £14 per hour + holiday pay, or £15.20 per hour without holiday pay
Location: SK14 4S
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
Requirements: Enhanced DBS and Caretaker Experience
Contract: On going temp
Responsibilities:
- To undertake routine maintenance, repairs and decorative work
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out structures
- To ensure that the site is opened and closed as required
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects
- To ensure that the buildings, playgrounds and external environment are maintained to a high standard and are safe
