Are you a skilled and reliable Carpenter with a valid CSCS card?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpenter to join our team on an ongoing construction project in Bromley.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in all aspects of site carpentry (1st fix, 2nd fix, roofing, etc.)
A valid CSCS Card (essential for site access)
Their own tools and PPE
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on a construction site
Reliable transport to the Bromley area
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Installing timber frames, joists, and roofs
Fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and architraves
Constructing stud work and partitions
Ensuring all work meets required building standards and deadlines
