Qualification: Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety (Catering), leadership experience

Responsibilities:
... - Lead the catering team and oversee daily service.
- Manage preparation of complex dietary meals (e.g., textured, allergen-safe).
- Ensure strict compliance with Natasha's Law, food safety, and hygiene (SFBB).
- Manage budget, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Supervise staff (training, rotas, performance reviews).
- Collaborate with care, education, and therapy teams for holistic planning.
- Lead themed meals and special events.
- Contribute to emergency planning and food safety protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety (Catering).
- Proven experience managing catering for complex dietary needs.
- Strong track record in team leadership and performance management.
- Expert knowledge of food safety legislation.
- Strong skills in budgeting, stock control, and financial monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Personal Attributes:

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Physical fitness (standing/manual tasks).
