RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be directly involved in the lives of vulnerable children, providing care and support. You will work closely with families and other agencies, contributing to a collaborative effort to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. You'll play a key role in case management, creating comprehensive reports, and contributing to regular team meetings.
Main tasks include
- Directly support and work with children in our care.
- Manage individual case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate effectively with families and external agencies.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on children's progress.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with vulnerable children (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.
- A passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
