You'll work a 40-hour week, plus on-call requirements, reporting to a Senior Manager. You'll also have the support of dedicated Team Managers and an experienced staff team by your side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management to the home.
- Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
- Lead, develop, and support a team of care professionals.
- Implement and oversee care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Promote a robust culture of safeguarding and emotional well-being.
- Effectively manage budgets, resources, and operational responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and the local community.
What we're looking for:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or a willingness to work towards it).
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the home.
We offer a starting salary of £40,000, which is negotiable based on your experience, plus annual bonuses tied to company performance.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to a growing, caring organization, we'd love to hear from you.
