Classroom Assistants Wanted Across Sefton.
We are looking for dedicated Classroom Assistants and LSAs to support secondary students across Sefton's diverse schools. We have immediate opportunities spanning from Southport and Formby to Crosby, Maghull, and Bootle.
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
Start Date: After Easter.
Roles Type: We offer both long term and day to day supply.
Must Haves:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
- Support students 1-to-1 or in small groups to boost their academic confidence.
- Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Break down complex tasks into manageable steps for diverse learners.
- Encourage an inclusive environment where every student feels heard.
