The Role
As a Classroom Support Assistant working on supply, no two days are the same. You'll be working in a variety of primary schools, providing crucial support to both teachers and students. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities.
Working with small groups of pupils or on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support.

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum.
Preparing learning resources and helping to manage classroom behaviour.

What You'll Need
To be a successful Classroom Support Assistant with Randstad, you should have:
Recent and relevant experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, or coaching experience is all valuable).
