Classroom Teacher - West Chester
Salary: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
We have an exciting vacancy for a talented and dedicated Classroom Teacher at a well-regarded secondary school across West Chester including Ellesmere port, Runcorn, Widnes etc.. We are looking for an individual who is committed to raising standards and achieving the very best outcomes for every student.
Main Duties
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate students of all abilities.
- Implementing and following the school's assessment policy, including marking and providing feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
- Contributing to the professional life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.
- Attending regular training and professional development sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
Must-Haves & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A relevant degree with a strong subject knowledge.
- Proven experience in a secondary school environment.
- The ability to effectively differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
