This isn't your standard office clean-because this is a live site environment, we need someone who is safety-conscious and ready to keep our facilities in top shape.
The Role
Location: Birmingham City Centre (B1 postcode area).
Hours: 2 hours per day (10 hours per week).
Shift: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 09:00 AM.
Duration: Long-term temporary contract.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (paid weekly).
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining site offices, meeting rooms, and communal canteen areas.
Sanitizing high-touch points and cleaning welfare facilities (toilets/changing rooms).
Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are stored safely according to COSHH guidelines.
Requirements
Active CSCS Card (Required): You must hold a valid CSCS card to be allowed on-site.
Punctuality: As this is a 7:00 AM start, reliability is non-negotiable.
Experience: Previous experience in construction site cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred.
Location: Ideally based in or near the City Centre for easy access.
